Lane Splitting Petition Started on Whitehouse.Gov

Will You Be Signing the Lane-Splitting Petition?

Last year, California Assembly Bill 51 gained momentum to allow motorcycles (with 2 wheels in contact with the ground) to be driven between rows of stopped or moving vehicles (at a speed less than 50 mph).

Now, another 50 state lane-splitting petition has been started on Whitehouse.Gov with hopes to legally bring lane-splitting to all 50 states. The petition states the lane splitting is a practice common throughout the rest of the world and that it's actually safer for motorcyclists.
